Construction is underway at the site (in red on this map) just south of Asaro’s. It will be for a Hyatt Hotel. This is the 2nd hotel in NE Venice, with the other being an Echo Hotel on Laurel Road across from the new City park which is also under construction.More information on development activity in Venice was provided to the community at the Developer Approval Process talk on Monday, January 26th.
